No area aid application was received from the persons named in 1997. Without an area aid application premia payments can be made on up to 15 livestock units only. As the person named had a 1997 milk quota which exceeded the equivalent of 15 livestock units, however, no special beef or suckler cow premia can be paid to them for 1997.
