Deputies will be aware that the regulation referred to was adapted only on 15 October 1997 and I understand that all the detailed arrangements regarding its implementation have not yet been finalised with the Department of Finance. I can assure the Deputies, however, that my Department will be seeking to implement the Regulation in full.
