330 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will ensure that teachers who have been made permanent under the terms of the PCW will immediately receive letters from his Department confirming their appointment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4163/98]

The letters confirming permanent appointments under the terms of the PCW will issue to the relevant school authorities as soon as possible.
