Vol. 487 No. 5

Written Answers - Third Level Colleges.

Brian O'Shea

Question:

145 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 63 of 12 February 1998, he will outline the range of courses on offer in Waterford Institute of Technology, formerly Waterford Regional Technical College and Cork Institute of Technology, formerly Cork Regional Technical College, in the academic year 1994-5; the facilities offered to students; the nature of the infrastructure in each institution; the complexity of each institution; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4454/98]

I wish to direct the Deputy's attention to the detailed prospectuses provided by Waterford Institute of Technology and Cork Institute of Technology which contain information on courses, facilities and the organisation and structure of the institutes. I am arranging to have the prospectus for each institute for the academic year 1994-95 sent to the Deputy.
