149 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will ensure the procedural delays to convening the first meeting of the new DCU governing authority are removed and that the first meeting take place without further delay in view of the industrial relations problems these delays are causing; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The membership of the new governing authority for Dublin City University has now been finalised and arrangements are being made to convene the first meeting of the governing authority.
