523 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when the necessary application forms will be supplied to Limerick County Council to enable the council to pay the balance of subsidies due to group water schemes in County Limerick. [9015/98]

A specimen application form has been supplied to all relevant local authorities including Limerick County Council.

Question:

526 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the position regarding the provision of a new sewerage scheme in Cootehill, County Cavan; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9133/98]

This scheme is included in the 1998 water and sewerage services investment programme to be advanced through planning. My Department is pursuing the availibility of funding for the scheme under INTERREG II with a view to enabling tenders to be invited this year.
