175 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the fact that Ard Mhuire national school, Tallaght, Dublin 24, requires a second class for children with speech and language disorder and that, before such a request can be accepted by his Department, the Eastern Health Board must be in a position to provide the speech and language therapist required for this service; the discussions, if any, he has had to date in relation to this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
