This case has been the subject of a random inspection which uncovered deficiencies in the applicant's plan. These will have to be addressed and an amended plan submitted.

This application is one of a number of applications from different members of the same family. There are certain aspects in relation to ownership which remain to be clarified. The applicant will be informed of the outcome when these issues have been resolved.
