Vol. 492 No. 1

Written Answers. - Speech Therapy Service.

Question:

121 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will ensure that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 receives speech therapy; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13347/98]

The provision of speech therapy services, in individual cases, is a matter for the relevant health board. Accordingly, I have asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board to have the matter examined and to reply directly to the Deputy.
