213 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will have arrangements made for immediate payment to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo in view of the fact that he is under serious financial pressure and he completed painting work on the Garda station (details supplied) on 16 April 1998; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the invoice for the work was dated for 10 May 1998 and that payment was dispatched by the finance division of my Department on 5 June 1998. There was therefore no undue delay in making the payment.
