Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill, 1998: Motion.

I move:

That, notwithstanding the provision in Standing Order 55 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business that no Member shall re-open a discussion on a question already discussed during the preceding six months, the motion for the second reading of the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill, 1998, may be moved on 10 June 1998.
