99 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has satisfied himself that his Department and all agencies under his auspices are using licensed software only; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15376/98]

It has always been the policy of my Department to ensure that licensing arrangements are put in place in respect of any software deployed. This applies equally to the various agencies under the auspices of my Department.
