Question:129 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department will make a REP scheme payment to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [15544/98]
The person concerned has been selected for a second year prepayment inspection. A written notification was sent to the applicant on 30 January 1998 informing her of the inspection. Attempts to contact the applicant by telephone to arrange the inspection have not been successful. A further effort will now be made to do this and to have the inspection carried out as soon as possible. Payment will then be made if all is in order.
