344 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the widespread dissatisfaction among environmental non-governmental agencies with the workings and the structures of the Environmental Protection Agency; the plans, if any, he has to amend the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992, in order to give representation to representatives of the environmental non-governmental organisations which have suitable expertise; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
