The plots of land claimed by the above named on the 1997 area aid application require digitising. When this has been completed, the payment of the 1997 extensification grant based on the calculated area will be examined.

In the processing of the 1998 area aid application for the above named, four plots of land requiring digitising were identified. When this has been completed payments based on the calculated area will issue.

In the processing of the 1998 area aid application for the above named person, not all of the land could be satisfactorily identified. It has been necessary therefore to issue a townland map to the applicant in order to establish the exact area of the land parcel claimed. When this has been returned the application will be finalised.
