Question:123 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 regarding the installation of a stair rail will be re-examined by the Eastern Health Board. [23299/98]

As the Deputy will be aware, the provision of health services in the Dublin area is a matter for the Eastern Health Board.
I have asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board to investigate this case as a matter of urgency and respond directly to the Deputy with the board's findings.
