Written Answers - Rural Environment Protection Scheme.
One of the qualifications for joining REPS is that the lands in question must be either owned or leased for at least five years from the date of acceptance of an agri-environmental plan under the scheme. When either of these conditions is met, the application will be given full consideration by my Department.
