276 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Finance if he will favourably consider the proposal in relation to tax relief on psychologists' service in view of the submission made by the Psychological Society of Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23835/98]

The proposals from the Psychological Society of Ireland are under examination in my Department in consultation with the Department of Health and Children and the Revenue Commissioners in the context of the preparation of next year's Finance Bill.
