379 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the plans, if any, he has to upgrade the Garda station at Carbury, County Kildare; the plans, if any, he has for its future; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23509/98]

I understand that Carbury Garda station is in need of major refurbishment. However, it is not possible to say at this stage when work might commence as it is dependent on overall priorities and the availability of finance.
