338 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason statements taken by the gardaí regarding allegations of planning corruption were only supplied to the Flood tribunal within the past few weeks in view of the fact that the tribunal was established more than a year ago; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I do not consider that it would be appropriate for me to make statements about contacts between the Garda Síochána and a tribunal which is still sitting. I am advised by the Garda authorities that they are co-operating fully with the sole member and his legal team, and I have had no indication to the contrary from any source.
