Vol. 497 No. 2

Written Answers - Court Accommodation.

Paul Bradford

Question:

350 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will ensure that court sittings will continue to be held in the Mallow area during the renovation of Mallow courthouse, County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24860/98]

It will be necessary to transfer the court sittings from the courthouse at Mallow to another location for the duration of the refurbishment work and this matter is under consideration at present in consultation with the local authority and the sitting District Court judge.
