110 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the progress, if any, made regarding the reintroduction of the installation aid scheme which he suspended in August 1997; the date on which he plans to reintroduce the scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24311/98]

Details of the new national scheme of installation Aid will be announced shortly and I expect that the application forms will be available in the local offices of my Department before the end of the year.
