456 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will ensure that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9 will be afforded appropriate consideration in his leaving certificate in view of the fact that he has been diagnosed as a dyslexic and was afforded consideration for his junior certificate; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has no record of an application for special arrangements at the 1999 certificate examinations which relates to the person referred to by the Deputy.
