190 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Cork who will not qualify under the revised scheme of installation aid due to labour unit requirements can have his previous application under the old scheme re-activated. [4065/99]

My Department is currently finalising its assessment of certain farmers who were affected by the closure of the earlier scheme of installation aid who, because their holdings had a labour requirement of over three man work units, are ineligible for the new scheme.
