191 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if the Pigs and Bacon Commission purchased land in the early 1960s from a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4070/99]

The report of proceedings and the statement of accounts for the Pigs and Bacon Commission for each year from 1960 to 1969 have no references to the purchase of land by the Pigs and Bacon Commission from the person concerned.
