133 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if his attention has been drawn to the hardship caused by delays in payment of forest premia; when these delays will be overcome; when a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary will receive payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Arrangements are currently being put in hand for payment of the 1999 forestry premia. The premium for the person in question will be paid at that time.
