119 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will outline the circumstances of an attempted deportation and arrest of a person (details supplied); if he has satisfied himself that no abuse of this person took place; the current circumstances of this person regarding his asylum application; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
