Question:122 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Kerry will qualify for a fodder grant; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7350/99]

The person named did not lodge an application under the 1998 suckler cow premium, ewe premium or sheep headage schemes did not hold a milk quota at 1 April 1998 and did not lodge a 1998 area aid application form. Therefore, he does not qualify for assistance under the 1998 or 1999 winter fodder schemes or the 1999 special hardship scheme.
