111 Mrs. Owen asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the further consideration, if any, she has given to the wording of section 21 of the working draft of the Copyright Bill, 1998, in view of representations made by the newspaper industry; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Tánaiste and I have carefully considered the representations made by the newspaper industry in this matter. These are being borne in mind in the context of the finalisation of the text of the proposed Copyright and Related Rights Bill, which will be submitted to the Government for approval before the end of March 1999.
