244 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a land transfer comprising a parcel of commonage in County Mayo will be transferred to a person (details supplied) in view of the fact the application is with the Land Registry for many months. [10913/99]
I refer the Deputy to my comprehensive reply dated 16 February 1999 to inquiries he made in respect of the substance of this question. On receipt of the additional details supplied by the Deputy I made further inquiries with the Land Registry. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the present position is that the dealing referred to by the Deputy was completed on 25 October 1994 and that notice of completion was sent to the solicitors involved on that date.
