293 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Chief State Solicitor's Office received adequate notification of the listings of a review of sentence application before the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court in November 1998. [9561/99]

The reports of the Chief Justice, my Department and the office of the Chief State Solicitor all touch on this issue and I would refer the Deputy to those reports in that regard. I have nothing further to add.
