160 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he has received an application for additional milk quota from the milk quota tribunal for a person (details supplied) in County Cork, and, if not, if the necessary application form will be forwarded to him. [12725/99]
The period for submission of application forms to the milk quota appeals tribunal hardship cases for the 1999-2000 milk quota year will run from 1 June 1999 to 31 October 1999. The tribunal will meet on a regular basis during this period and possibly beyond to assess applications for additional quota submitted to it.
An application form has issued to the person named and will be considered by the tribunal in due course. The person named will be notified of the outcome of his application.
