Written Answers. - Early Childhood Education.
I have no proposals at present to publish the report in question. The findings in the review of the early start pilot programme are being considered by my Department as part of the process of preparing a White Paper on early childhood education.
The White Paper will set out my proposals for the future development of services in this area. It will have regard to the experience gained with the early start programme and to the outcome of the forum on early childhood education which was held last year.
