166 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Education and Science if the planning and building unit has completed the examination of the submission by Elphin vocational school; when funding will be approved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14027/99]
As I outlined in my response to Parliamentary Question No. 267 on 11 May last, the application for an extension to Elphin vocational school is currently under examination in the planning and building unit of my Department. This examination is at an advanced stage and I have asked that it be concluded as speedily as possible.
The question of funding does not arise at this stage.
