Adjournment Debate Matters - Business of Dáil.

I wish to make a proposal to the House to change the Order of Business. It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders and the Order of the Dáil of this day, that statements on the location of victims' remains shall be taken today following the announcement of Matters on the Adjournment under Standing Order 21 and the proceedings thereon, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion after 50 minutes and the order shall resume thereafter and the following arrangements shall apply: (1) statements shall be confined to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform and the main spokespersons for the Fine Gael Party and the Labour Party, whose statements shall not exceed 15 minutes in each case and (2) the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform shall be called upon to make a statement in reply which shall not exceed five minutes.

Is that agreed? Agreed.
