413 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the situation in relation to EPT teachers who find themselves on panels under the control of county VEC committees; if he will introduce arrangements whereby teachers are automatically offered any part-time hours which arise in their subject area within their county; and if he will make a statement on the matter. This matter is currently the subject of discussions between representatives of my Department, management authorities and teacher unions.
