86 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the continuing dispute which is holding up correction of examination papers in Carlow Institute of Technology; and the action, if any, he will take to resolve the problem. [15587/99]

I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the dispute in Carlow Institute of Technology has been settled following the referral of the matter to the Labour Relations Commission.
