87 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Question No. 256 of 1 June 1999 the pass mark at advanced level required by CL11/79 for the award of the art teachers certificate for students who in 1980 were taking the technical schools examinations in art by assessment in lieu of examination. The students concerned were required to achieve a pass mark of 70 per cent in the rel evant subjects taken at advanced level for the purposes of the award of the art teachers' certificate.
