70 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cavan received just 50 per cent of the £300 available under the fodder scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15673/99]

The person named received his full entitlement of £177 under the special fodder hardship fund scheme. He was paid the maximum rate of £30 per livestock unit on the 5.9 livestock units declared on his application form.
