An application for transfer of ownership has been received from the son of the registered herdowner and my Department wrote to him on 1 October 1998 requesting further information to enable the application for transfer to be further processed. To date, no reply has been received from the applicant and until the information requested has been furnished, his applications for a herd number and 1998 headage and premia grants cannot be processed further.
