Written Answers. - White Paper on Rural Development.
As indicated in reply to Parliamentary Question No. 54 on 25 May 1999, the White Paper on Rural Development will be published in advance of completion of the national development plan, 2000-2006. At present, my Department is engaged in final consultations with other Departments and I will be submitting proposals for approval by Government shortly with a view to publication next month.
