Dan Neville

Question:

159 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when REP scheme payments will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [19284/99]

The person concerned applied to join the REPS scheme on 31 May 1999. The current position is that any participants whose plans were not accepted by the Department before 30 July 1999 must complete a Form 1X before the application can be accepted. This Form 1X was sent to the applicant by the farm development service in Limerick on 14 September 1999. To date the form has not been returned to the farm development service.
