240 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding the provision of a sports hall at Scoil Eoin and Scoil Mhuire, Rathstewart, Athy, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19243/99]
The Deputy will be aware of my recent decision to substantially increase the size of PE halls in post-primary schools. Scoil Eoin and Scoil Mhuire in Athy will benefit from this decision. Accordingly, architectural planning for a PE hall amounting to 806mf7>2 has commenced.
