I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that a tax refund together with a PAYE balancing statement was issued to the taxpayer on 27 July, 1999. The inspector of taxes has carried out a further review of the taxpayer's liability for all years up to and including 1998-99 and has established that no further refund is due.
