I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for a certified copy file-plan was completed on 8 October 1999.

Question:280 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will intervene with the Land Registry on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Sligo and have a new set of deeds issued in view of the fact the original set has been lost; if they will be released in view of the fact all fees have been paid; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a dupli cate land certificate which was lodged on I September 1999. I am further informed that it is expected that queries in relation to the application will issue shortly to the lodging solicitors and that on receipt of a satisfactory response to these queries the matter will be dealt with without undue delay.
