281 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow is subject to any restriction on his freedom to visit relatives in Britain; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19558/99]

Restrictions on the right to enter Britain are not a matter for me. I have brought the Deputy's question to the attention of my colleague, the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
