Architectural planning for a new school building for Drumphea national school, County Carlow is proceeding. My Department has been in communication with the board of management regarding the desirability of extending the existing school site to facilitate the proposed development. I can assure the Deputy that every effort will be made by my Department to progress the project through architectural planning as quickly as possible.
