353 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science when the full leaving certificate results will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who is waiting for a reply from his Department in relation to his physics examination; if part A of his physics paper was mislaid; the way in which his Department will deal with this problem; and if his Department will assist him in obtaining a place at third level in view of this error. The matter to which the Deputy refers has been resolved and the outcome was communicated to the authorities of the school concerned on Friday last. The Central Applications Office – CAO – has also been notified of the position.
