Written Answers. - Compulsory Purchase Orders.
Dublin Corporation has submitted an application under the Derelict Sites Act, 1990, for my consent to the com pulsory acquisition of a site at Lucan Road adjacent to Chapelizod Court.
The site proposed for acquisition does not include the adjacent post office site. The application is being processed in my Department at present and I will give my decision in accordance with my statutory functions as soon as possible.
