314 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a land registry application from a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20265/99]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application under section 49 – acquisition of title by virtue of long possession – of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, which is expected to be completed within the next week.
